Although the group Jesus called to follow him - or live the movement together - are usually called disciples, we believe the term apprentice fits better Jesus more wholistic (head, hand, heart) model of spiritual growth. Jesus not only taught ideas (what many see as the extent of discipleship) but like any carpenter's apprentice should expect, he released them into rhythms of practice and accountability.
The Tangible Kingdom Primer is a key tool we use to explore building life-long habits, with two primary purposes: first as a formation tool to prepare your heart for mission, and second as a field guide for starting mission together. This course is used to launch each new missional community.
Each month our missional communities seek to practice these same four simple gospel rhythms by having either a teaching, serving, mutual accountability or fun event.
